Alabama Skies: Will the daily storms end soon?

If you’re tired of daily storms and heading to the Gulf Coast, you’re in luck. The chance for rain is only “isolated to scattered” for coastal counties today. Otherwise, showers and storms are “likely” for just about every other region of the state.

Clouds will help keep temperatures in check with highs only in the 70s in northern Alabama.

It can always change, but there is a possibly Sunday could be really nice weather. We’ll keep a watch on the weather models to see what happens.

North Alabama

Partly sunny with a couple showers or storms possible in the morning, becoming likely in the afternoon. High near 76. A few isolated showers or thunderstorms tonight with a low of 60.

Central Alabama

Fog early, then cloudy. A few showers early, then showers likely with thunderstorms possible in the afternoon. High of 79. Mostly cloudy with a couple showers or storms tonight. Low of 63.

South Alabama

Fog early. Mostly cloudy with showers and thunderstorms possible. High of 84. Showers and storms continue tonight with a low of 64.

Gulf Coast

Partly sunny with scattered showers and thunderstorms. High of 84. Partly cloudy tonight with a couple scattered showers. Low of 68.
