Three Alabama men charged with trying to meet child for sex

Three Alabama men have been arrested after sheriff’s deputies say they caught the trio trying to meet a child for sex.

On Friday, Morgan County Sheriff’s Office Criminal investigators, assisted by the Morgan County District Attorney’s Office, US Army Cyber Special Agents and Limestone County Sheriff’s Office conducted an operation focused on child sex trafficking.

The purpose of the operation was to identify, investigate, and arrest predators seeking children for sexual acts.

During the operations, Investigators arrested:

▪️Drayton Shawn Tolliver, 37 of Decatur
▪️Corey DeWayne Wynn Sr, 49 of Decatur
▪️Jeremy Scott Peek, 31 of Danville

All three subjects were charged with:
▪️13A-6-122 Sex Offense- Electronic Solicitation of a Child
▪️13A-6-124 Sex Offense – Traveling to Meet a Child for an Unlawful Sex Act

Bond: $250,000

The operation stems from an ongoing partnership with Covenant Rescue Group. Additional charges are possible.
