The Gulf low we’ve been expecting has finally made it, bringing the potential for heavy rainfall for some of us.

We have great rain chances across the state, but not everyone will get rain. It’s going to hang around through Saturday. Rainfall should end in time for a nice Saturday evening and great Palm Sunday.

Our next rain chances come early next week. We will have the potential for some thunderstorms. We’re watching forecasts models to see how strong those storms could be in Alabama.

North Alabama

Showers in the afternoon with a high of 65. Wind gusts up to 20 miles per hour. Friday night, more showers likely with a low of 51.

Central Alabama

South Alabama

Gulf Coast
