Three runaway teens from Alabama were arrested Thursday after a crime spree from Alabama to West Virginia and back, police said.

Huntington (West Virginia) police said the boys — between 13 and 16 years old — were captured Thursday afternoon following a high-speed chase which ended when the teens crashed.

After the crash police said the three ran into some nearby woods where they were later captured.

The trio reportedly had escaped a treatment center in Birmingham, Alabama, along with a four juvenile who was captured on Wednesday.

Police said they left Alabama in a stolen vehicle, broke into a Kenova, West Virginia, gun store and took several guns.

The boys are suspected of trying to rob a Huntington restaurant worker at gunpoint on Tuesday.

The three apparently returned from West Virginia in a different stolen car and were captured in Cullman County, Alabama, police said.
