Alabama 18-year-old charged in slaying of teen who was hanging out with friends

An Alabama 18-year-old has been charged with murder in the death of another teen who was hanging out with friends.
Al.com reports that Thaddeus Tyrese Canady is charged with murder in the slaying of 18-year-old Brent Brown. Canady is also charged with attempted murder for shooting at another male, who was not injured.
Canady was taken into custody on Thursday. His bond was set at $210,000.
Brown died on Nov. 11 while listening to music and playing games with friends at a Tarrant residence in North Alabama.
The fatal shooting occurred shortly before 2 p.m. Brown was found unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene at 2:14 p.m. Witnesses reported hearing four shots fire in the incident.
Brown was a senior at Banks Academy, an online Christian school in the Birmingham area.
