We’ll be cooler across the entire state Wednesday with a return to freezing temperatures Wednesday night.

Highs will be in the 40s to lower 50s for the northern half of the state with wind gusts up to 20 miles per hour possible. Southern Alabama will be a little warmer with highs in the upper-50s with lower-60s on the Gulf Coast.

Tonight will see a return to sub-freezing temps all the way to southern regions. The Gulf Coast communities will stay just above freezing, but still cold in the mid-30s.
