If you’ve been hoping for a stretch of warmer, sunny days, you’re going to have to keep waiting.

We’ll start warming up Sunday and we’ll all stay above freezing after early Monday morning for several days, but that comes with the price of several rainy days.

Many of us will have some heavy rain at times between Tuesday and Friday with a few more showers on Saturday. We could also have a few thunderstorms, especially towards midweek.

Other than some flooding, we’re not looking at any widespread severe weather. We’ll keep watching models to be sure there aren’t any big surprises.

North Alabama

Sunny with a high of 47. Each wind chill values of around 15. Becoming mostly cloudy in the evening with an overnight low of 32. Wind chill values around 27.
