Thursday will see a big warmup on the Gulf Coast with slightly warmer temperatures across the rest of the state.

We’ll have some rain Thursday and Thursday evening, but most of it should come while temperatures are above freezing for central and southern Alabama.

In the northern counties, rain will occur with temperatures hovering around the freezing mark so we could see some more wintry mischief, especially in the evening.

Temperatures will again plummet Friday evening with all of us cold again Friday night and Saturday night. Freezing temperatures as low as 21 will reach all the way to the coastal communities again.
