If you celebrate the 12 Days of Christmas and hope for a white Christmas, you may be in luck!

Right now, models aren’t calling for much, if any, accumulation, but people in northern Mississippi may get some nice, fluffy snowflakes Thursday evening and overnight.

The warmth of the past few days will probably keep any chances of snow sticking to the ground at bay. Of course, snow forecasts are very difficult more than a day or two in our area, so we’ll keep a watch on the forecast models to see what direction they take the system.

North Alabama

Central Alabama

Mostly cloudy with a high of 59. Overnight, mostly cloudy with a low of 36.

South Alabama

Mostly cloudy with a high of 60. Tuesday night, mostly cloudy with a low of 37.

Gulf Coast

Mostly cloudy with a high of 61. Cloudy overnight with a low of 44.
