A woman was killed early Thursday morning when her car fell four floors from an Alabama hospital parking deck.

The woman, who was not immediately identified, fell four floors after her car ran off the parking deck at Grandview Medical Center

The vehicle fell from the parking deck at approximately 7:30 a.m., officials said.

The woman, who was described as a middle-aged woman, was not immediately identified.
