A seasonably cool week will dip into a cold night Wednesday night as freezing temperatures are expected to reach all the way to the coastal counties.

We’ll also have some more clouds than the past couple of days, but sunshine returns in the afternoon.

The cold air won’t last long, however, as the rest of the week will become warmer until another strong system comes through over the weekend.

North Alabama
