An Alabama man was killed Sunday evening when the motorcycle he was operating struck a guardrail.

Officials with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports that the single-vehicle crash occurred at approximately 8:32 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 26.

Randall E. Tennyson, 43, of Montgomery, was fatally injured when the 2015 Kawaski Ninja motorcycle he was operating left the roadway and struck a guardrail.

The crash occurred on U.S. 80 near the 123-mile marker, approximately three miles east of Montgomery, in Montgomery County.

Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
