An apparent road rage incident on Thanksgiving Day left one person injured, Alabama law enforcement investigators say.

Madison County Sheriff’s Office investigators are working the shooting incident that happened at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Highway 53 in Harvest near the Redstone Federal Credit Union.

Gunfire apparently broke out between two vehicles.

One person was reportedly transported to a local hospital for injuries received during the shooting.

No additional information about the shooting, the motive or the identifies of those involve were immediately made available.
