Alabama Skies: How much longer will our rainy weather continue?

Most of us are going to have another wet, cool, breezy day Wednesday, at least through the morning. The low traveling along the Gulf Coast, wrapping rain and winds across the state.

We’ll start to warm up and dry out Thursday, but we’ll have another round of rain chances Friday and again next week. We’ll see what happens with our forecast models, but we could drop to more seasonable temperatures in time for Thanksgiving.

North Alabama

Mostly cloudy with scattered showers. Breezy with a high of 61. Mostly cloudy Wednesday night with a slight chance of a shower. Low of 50.

Central Alabama

Cloudy with rain likely in the morning. High of 56. Mostly cloudy overnight with a chance for a shower or two overnight. Low of 55.

South Alabama

Rainy and windy with gusts up to 30 miles per hour. High of 58. Showers continue into the evening and overnight. Low of 51.

Gulf Coast

Rainy and breezy with a high of 61. Wind gusts up to 35 miles per hour possible. Showers continue overnight. Low of 57.
