An Alabama man has been charged with murdering his own brother Monday night, sheriff’s deputies said.

Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office deputies said they were called to an address on Fort Morgan Road after a report of someone being shot.

When deputies arrived, they found a man who had been shot in the front yard of a residence.

The victim was identified as Jason Estabrook.

Investigators said they believe Jason Estabrook and his brother, James Estabrook, got into an argument. Deputies said during that argument James Estabrook brandished a firearm and shot his brother three times.

James Estabrook has been charged with murder.
