An Alabama man was indicted on more than 50 charges after police said he was secretly recording children in the bathroom of an Alabama Walmart store.

Cullman police announced the arrest of Ethan Edward Richardson, 25, of Cullman, who was arrested last week on 53 charges including the child pornography possession, producing child pornography and aggravated criminal surveillance.

Richardson was originally arrested earlier this year for recording children, police at the time said. A grand jury indicted him on those charges last week.

He allegedly recorded videos of at least 19 children as young as 2 years-old.
