Our stretch of gorgeous spring days have ended and it’s time for more humid, soggy weather to arrive.

Some of us will still have some sunshine mixed with clouds today, especially in central and south Alabama. Rain is possible for all of us, especially in northern Alabama. Some rainfall could be heavy.

We’re not expecting a washout weekend, but there is a chance of rain and thunderstorms every day for the next several days.

North Alabama

Cloudy with a chance of showers. High of 71. Showers and thunderstorms are possible tonight. Mostly cloudy with a low of 59.

Central Alabama

Mostly cloudy with showers possible later in the morning and afternoon. High of 77. Showers and thunderstorms possible overnight. Low of 62.

South Alabama

Partly sunny with a few showers possible this evening. High of 84. Mostly cloudy tonight with a few scattered showers early. Low of 62.

Gulf Coast

Patch fog early, then partly sunny. Showers and thunderstorms possible this afternoon. High of 83. Mostly cloudy tonight with an isolated shower or thunderstorm tonight. Low of 66.
