An ATV accident on Sunday left an Alabama man dead, state troopers reported.

Alabama state troopers said Justin T. Corum, 35, of Gadsden, Alabama, was killed at approximately 6:33 p.m. Sunday on Moody Road approximately 11 miles from Arab.

Corum’s Honda ATV left the road and struck a fence throwing Corum off the vehicle and into a tree, Senior Trooper Brandon Bailey said.

Corum was apparently not using a helmet at the time of the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.
