An Alabama 13-year-old boy had a heart attack and died had cocaine in his system, police investigators say.

Mobile police said officers were called to a local hospital on Tuesday afternoon after a 13-year-old boy went into cardiac arrest, then tested positive for cocaine. The teen died at the hospital.

Police said the boy’s grandmother, Sophia Taylor, 53, and another person, Marc Robinson, 56, were arrested and charged with chemical endangerment of a child.

Police say the investigation is continuing.
