Alabama man killed late Friday night when car strikes tree, troopers say

An Alabama man was killed Friday night after his car struck a tree, state troopers said.
The single-vehicle crash occurred at approximately 11:48 p.m. Friday, and claimed the life of a Reform, Alabama, man.
Travis D. Hudson, 36, was fatally injured when the 2006 Honda Accord he was driving left the roadway and struck a tree, state troopers said.
The crash occurred on Interstate 65 at the 142 mile marker, approximately 1 mile north of Fort Deposit, in Lowndes County.
