A volunteer football coach at an Alabama high school was arrested Thursday on charges he sold illicit drugs on the school campus, a TV station reported Friday.

Herbert Burrell was charged with unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, possession of that controlled substance and drug paraphernalia as well as marijuana possession.

WKRG-TV reported that Burrell was a volunteer football coach at Vigor High School.
