The National Weather Service has issues a freeze warning for tonight for most of Alabama, stretching all the way down to the Greenville area. Some places will have windchills as low as 18 degrees this morning. That means crops are in danger, along with pipes, plants, and animals.
It’s going to be another sunny, breezy day across the state, but a jacket will be a good idea for some people as temperatures struggle to get out of the 40s in northern Alabama.
North Alabama
Widespread frost early. Sunny with a high of 49 with windchills between 18 and 26 early. Frost tonight with a low of 26.

South Alabama
