An Alabama man has been charged with the murder of a 15-year-old boy, a TV station reports.

Huntsville police arrested Deiondre Gilmore, 25, and charged him with capital murder for the killing of a 15-year-old boy who was shot Sunday night, WHNT-TV reports.

Police were called to a shooting scene at approximately 9 p.m. Sunday in Huntsville.

Investigators allege Gilmore shot into a vehicle during a robbery striking the 15-year-old passenger who later died from the wounds.
