An Alabama man was killed late Thursday night when his vehicle flipped over and struck a tree, state troopers reported.

Matthew A. Reyer, 26, of Elkmont, Alabama, was killed after his vehicle left the roadway, overturned and struck a tree, Alabama Law Enforcement Agency troopers said. He was ejected in the crash, troopers said.

The accident happened at approximately 10:15 p.m. in Limestone County in the area of Easter Ferry Road and Maples Road.
