An Alabama man was arrested Wednesday and charged with producing child pornography at a Walmart store.

Cullman police announced the arrest of Ethan Edward Richardson, 25, of Cullman. Richardson is charged with producing child pornography, possession of child pornography and aggravated criminal surveillance, police said.

Investigators said all the charged stemmed from an incident that occurred at the south Cullman Walmart location on February 4.

Police said more charges may occur as the investigation continues.
