Alabama Skies: Rain chances return as strong winds blow across state

Northern Alabama could have some scattered rain showers and a few thunderstorms today, but the real threat comes from the wind. People driving high profile vehicles could experience difficulty driving today and tonight.

Another thing to watch is the possibility of some record-breaking heat Thursday. Get ready to crank up those air conditioners if you haven’t already.
