An Alabama teen was arrested Monday and charged with murdering another teen in a small, Alabama town, police there said.

Atmore, Alabama, police said they were called to the local hospital at approximately 10 p.m. Monday after the shooting suspect reportedly drove the female victim to the hospital.

The shooting reportedly happened inside of a vehicle on Carver Avenue in Atmore.

The victim reportedly was unconscious when she got to the hospital and was pronounced dead a short time after.

The suspect is also under 18 years of age and has thus has not been identified, police said.
