Alabama police were investigating a fatal train wreck Sunday which killed a pedestrian, a TV station reported.

Police in Huntsville, Alabama, were investigating the train-pedestrian accident, WHNT-TV reported.

The accident occurred at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Sunday in downtown Huntsville.

One person was killed, police said.
