An Alabama man and registered sex offender was arrested last week after sheriff’s deputies say he exposed himself to a women — and it’s not the first time he’s done so, or even the second.

Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office deputies say they were called to a residence on Wildridge Circle on January 10.

After investigating deputies believe Jonathan Wade Copeland, 39, of Maylene, Alabama, had gained access to a vacant apartment and exposed himself to the victim from the apartment’s balcony.

Copeland was charged with indecent exposure and third-degree burglary. He was held on $30,000 bond.
