Alabama police investigators are working a possible homicide after a dead body was discovered floating in water near Battleship Parkway.

Mobile police said the body has been identified as Decisco Tillman, 30, of Mobile, Alabama.

He was found floating in the water across the street from the USS Alabama Battleship on Sunday.

Investigators said it was not certain if foul play was involved or if Tillman’s death was accidental>

People with information about the incident or anyone who saw or spoke with Tillman on Saturday are asked to call the police at 251-208-7211.
