An Alabama man accused of leading police on a chase in a stolen truck and then attempting to run over an officer with the truck has been captured two days after the incident.

Moody, Alabama, police reported Wednesday that Brian Keith Beasley was captured by U.S. Marshals.

Beasley is accused of leading police on a chase in a stolen truck early Sunday morning, beginning in Odenville, Alabama.

The chase continued into Moody where the truck crashed. As an officer approached the vehicle, Beasley reported hit the gas pedal and tried to run over the officer. The officer got out of the way, however, and was reportedly not injured.
