An Alabama man charged with shooting the mother of one of his children and pouring boiling water down his then-infant’s throat had his bond revoked Thursday, sending him back to jail.

Police say Eugene Sneed, 22, was already facing charges that he shot at the mother of one of his children and their child. He was scheduled to go on trial on October 24 for those charges.

He was charged earlier this week with aggravated child abuse for allegedly pouring boiling hot water down the throat of another of his children. The child’s throat, lungs and face were reportedly injured.
