Alabama police are investigating a Tuesday night shooting that injured two people, including a boy who was sent to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Montgomery police responded to reports of people being shot on Virginia Pines Lane at approximately 5:45 p.m. Tuesday.

A juvenile male was transported to the hospital with what is being described as life-threatening injuries.

A man who was reportedly involved in the shooting was later found at an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The man was transported to the hospital in a private vehicle.
