A 46-year-old man is behind bars after a young boy found videos the man had been secretly taking of the boy’s mom and sister.

Robert William Hall was charged with two counts of aggravated criminal surveillance, possession of obscene matter, and production of pornography with minors.

Foley Police Department officials told local news sources that Hall was apparently down on his luck and was invited to stay with a family.  A young boy, who also lived at the home, found the videos of his mother and 15-year-old sister when he was allowed to use the man’s phone to play video games, Foley police say.

Investigators say Hall reportedly had hidden a camera in the restroom and captured the videos.

Police say Hall’s bond was set at $70,000 and that would be on GPS house arrest. Hall was ordered to have no contact with victims or any minors.
