One man has been arrested and two more or sought after an Alabama armed robbery in which the victim was left naked.

Limestone County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Lachriston Mayberry, 25, on Friday and charged him with several criminal counts, WHNT-TV reported.

Investigators report they were looking for Nicholas Ferguson and Alexia Devaney on charges related to a Feb. 8 robbery.

The victim reportedly took a woman to Ferguson’s residence to pick up some personal items. Once there allegedly Mayberry and Ferguson accosted the man, forcing him to take off his clothes and taking his money. The men were reportedly armed with a pink-colored, short-barrel shotgun, deputies reported.

Authorities said the robbers then told the victim they planned to sodomize him with a baseball bat. As they retrieved the bat, the victim escaped and ran to a neighboring residence for help. Reportedly the robbers shot at the victim as he escaped, but missed him.

When Mayberry was later arrested in Athens, investigators said they located the pink shotgun in the stolen vehicle in which he was driving.

He was charged with robbery, theft, receiving stolen property, shooting into an occupied dwelling and obstructing justice.
